Skyress is Shun's Guardian Bakugan. He received it from his mother so that she could watch over him. Skyress is from the “Skyress Species”, living in the Ventus space. She has a huge wing span, and a number of long tails. At the tip of her tails are sharp feathers. She is a very strong Bakugan both mentally and pyhsically.

One of Skyress' abilities is that she is clairvoyant and can see through objects. The ultimate ability of the Skyress species is the ability to resurrect.
