Subterra Gorem is Julie's Guardian Bakugan. Gorem is a humanoid, Egyptian-style golem Bakugan, with a shield that can decrease the G-Power of any bakugan that hits it. He is one of the largest monsters in the Battle Brawler's team, or in the whole of Vestroia for that matter.

Gorem is extremely strong and acts without thinking. When he gets angry, he gets violent, and the only person he'll listen to then is Julie. The two are very close, and he is very protective of her. Although he is very powerful, he appears quite wise as well, and he gives Julie ideas and strategies that helps her win several battles.
